Meet Bronwyn (she/her),
therapist for women and HSPs in WI, MA and DC

Be patient toward all that is unsolved in your heart and try to love the questions themselves...Live the questions now. Perhaps you will then gradually, without noticing it, live along some distant day into the answer.
— Rainer Maria Rilke

One of the reasons I became a therapist is that I’m good at depth. I love holding space for reflection and deep thinking. I welcome all the feelings, especially the ones you’d rather ignore. I do that by offering openness, gentleness, a solid presence. I bring my intuition, curiosity, and warmth to your uncertainty and longing.

The heart of therapy is feeling feelings. I want your therapy to be a soft landing for prickly feelings. Painful, icky, confusing feelings that you’d rather avoid. And I want your therapy to help you locate the joyful, excited, comforting feelings that you want more of.

Over time, therapy will help you to face all your feelings, articulate what you need, and claim those needs as valid.

I want you to see your brilliance.

Therapy, a soft landing place for prickly feelings

You already have the capacity to heal.

I’m not fixing you, or telling you what to do. You have the answers inside you.

You can be both soft and fierce.

Think of water. It’s soft enough to bathe a baby, and strong enough to wear down rocks.

Therapy is part of the revolution.

Anything that challenges and supports us to move toward wholeness and engagement, is.

Why Therapy Matters

Personal transformation is what heals the world.

Unless we know what holds us back, we cannot fully give the gift of ourselves to the world. In order to be free to offer ourselves, we need to heal our hurts. The process of healing allows us to move closer to wholeness.

Therapy has the capacity to help us choose engagement over isolation, love over cruelty. Engaging in counseling supports the transformative power that clarifies our role in the world so we can better move toward positive change.

You are a gift to the world. I want you to really see that. And I want you to feel free and strong enough to claim your place in it.
